Each account is limited to registering a single market badge. If multiple team members are participating, kindly ensure that each individual creates a personal account and registers their own badge separately.
Please note that your registered email address cannot be modified. If you wish to use a different email address, we kindly ask that you create a new account.
You may update your password directly via [My Page].
However, if you wish to change your company name or registered name, please contact us at badge@acfm.kr.
Please send your name, date of birth, and contact number to badge@acfm.kr. We will respond with your ID (email address) using the contact information you provide.
Please try to recover your password using the [ACFM website > Login > Forgot your password?] option. If you are unable to do so, please contact us at badge@acfm.kr.
Please kindly check your spam folder first.
If you continue to experience difficulties resetting your password after retrying, please do not hesitate to contact us at badge@acfm.kr.
After creating your account, check the badge registration page to confirm whether your company is already registered.
For new companies, select the [First Time Participants] section, enter your company details, and complete the registration.
Upon approval, a ‘New Company Registration Confirmation’ email will be sent to you. You can then proceed to register your badge.
Once you submit your new company application, it will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours. A ‘New Company Registration Confirmation’ email will be sent to you upon approval. You can then proceed to register your badge.

ACFM welcomes organizations, corporations, sole proprietors, and groups active in the film industry. Individuals employed by or affiliated with such entities are also eligible to attend.
Festival Badge holders have access to the main venue of ACFM. For those planning to attend business meetings or market screenings, we recommend obtaining a Market Badge for a more seamless experience, as it is tailored for business purposes.
ACFM is a marketplace for film industry professionals to conduct business meetings, and only industry professionals are eligible to register for a market badge.
Students specializing in film and media at accredited universities or equivalent institutions may access ACFM’s main venue with a BIFF Cinephile badge. For more details, please visit the BIFF website. (Cinephile badge holders are permitted to attend market conferences, except for select events limited to specific badge holders.)
Freelancers are eligible to participate in ACFM. It is mandatory to complete the company information field, so please register your company name as ‘(FREELANCER)FIRST NAME / LAST NAME’ (e.g., (FREELANCER)GILDONG HONG).
For additional company details, please provide your personal information and attach relevant documents (such as a profile or portfolio) to confirm your professional status in the film or audiovisual industry.
You can update your badge information on the ACFM website under [My Page > Market Badge > Edit My Badge] until 24:00 on August 22nd (KST). Please note that any modifications submitted after this time will not appear on your physical badge.
For access to market venues and to receive participant benefits, please ensure you have your badge with you at all times. If your badge is lost, a re-issuance administration fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged.
A receipt will be provided in your Market Badge registration confirmation email, and you may also view your invoice and receipt on the ACFM website’s [My Page]. If you register on-site and need an invoice, please request it after ACFM 2025 concludes.
Cancellation and refund for badge registration are available until 24:00 on August 22nd. Please note that a 30% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
There is no restriction on the number of on-site registrations. Please feel free to stop by the Badge Desk at your convenience during operating hours.
No separate documents are necessary. Please fill out the application form at the On-site Registration Desk, providing your personal and company details. For new company registrations, you will also need to submit your company name, address, email, and a brief company profile (up to 500 characters, including spaces).
A Day Pass provides one-day access to the ACFM market venue and its benefits, valid only on the date of issue. Day Passes are available for purchase exclusively on-site.
The benefits of a Day Pass include:
- Access to the main venue of ACFM
- 24-hour access to the ACFM participants’ database
- Use of the official ACFM shuttle bus service
- On-site booking for business meetings with official selections from the Asian Project Market and Busan Story Market (subject to availability on the day of issuance)
※ Please note that Cinando membership is not included with the Day Pass.
Visa requirements differ depending on your nationality. For detailed information, please refer to the [Registration > Participation > K-ETA & Visa] page on the ACFM website.
We are unable to provide visa application documents such as invitation letters for market participants. In accordance with our policy, these documents are only available to guests who are officially invited by our programs.
