Trends in Trade Fairness and Win-Win Cooperation in the Content Sector - Focusing on the Film Industry

Along with the quantitative growth of the content industry, the complexity of content production and distribution, and the polarization of the industry structure have increased the demand for a fair trading environment. This seminar examines the types of unfair practices in the film industry and support measures for win-win cooperation, focusing on the contents of a recent bill under discussion in the Korean National Assembly. Creating a fair trading environment will be the foundation for the sustainable content industry. This seminar will explore the blind spots and countermeasures that the existing legal system fails to protect.
