Mr. Young Beom Jeong is the Founder of BEAM Studio. He also the founder of Star J Entertainment. Since 1994, he had discovered and managed careers of numerous global “Korean wave” stars such as Dong-Gun Jang, Eun-Ha Shim, So-young Ko, Na-young Lee, Son-ha Yoon, Chae-young Han ,Donggeun Yang,Won Bin, Soo-Ae, Namgil Kim and such more. He is also actively involved in TV drama production, music planning and production, distribution, and publishing.

Mr. Jeong received his BA from Oklahoma City University in Mass Communications and Advertising and completed his Master’s degree study in Mass Communication from Chung-Ang University Graduate School. Mr. Jeong had served as an Advisor for Busan International Film Festival for many years, currently as an Organizing Committee Member for Jecheon International Music Film Festival and The Nomination Committee Members if Asia Film Award.

Lim is an Emmy award-winning visual effects producer, technical advisor, consultant, producer and founder of MAJYK Studios in Los Angeles and Seoul. Combining her expertise in visual effects and media technology, Lim actively engages in R&D projects that enhance visual experiences that redefine the possibilities of visual storytelling. From stereoscopic to VR/AR/XR, game engine rendering, virtual production, and artificial intelligence, she has emerged as a leader in the entertainment industry with close collaborations with major studios, streamers, tech companies, and brands.

Hosung Kim is a record-breaking Korean movie producer, content creator, multi-cultural business expert, and keynote speaker on Digital Transformation. He is currently the CEO of M83 Studios, a media group in Korea that encompasses film production, visual effects, and sound design services.

As a successful movie producer and content creator, he has been invited to speak at various well-known universities and conferences. Recently, he was appointed as lecturer for Seoul National University Advanced Institute for Convergence Technology. He was also invited as Keynote speaker to talk on "Digital Transformation and Content Business" at TVX 2018 and Korea's largest digital marketing conference.
