Early registration for the Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM) 2021 is closing on September 30 (Wed). Market Badge holders receive various benefits including online screening, conferences, business meetings and other services on the ACFM 2021 Online website (www.online.acfm.kr). Domestic badge holders who are able to attend the market physically can also participate in on-site business meetings at the Paradise Hotel Busan. General registration for market badges open on October 1, and is open until October 14, the last day of the market.

Registration for Online Booth, Market Screening, and Online Advertisements close on September 28. Film∙video content sales companies, production companies, and related organizations can promote their content at online booths and online screenings. Buyers and participants can watch BIFF’s selections and the market screening releases at the online screenings.

Advance Meeting Registration (Sep 27 – Oct 5)
Market badge holders can register in advance for business meetings with the official selections for the Asian Project Market (APM), the Entertainment IP Market (E-IP Market), as well as the official projects from the Busan Asian Film School (AFiS) and Busan projects selected and supported by the Busan Film Commission (BFC). Advance meeting registration period is from September 27 (Mon) - October 5 (Tue). Meet a variety of original selections from film projects to entertainment IPs, such as books, webtoons, and web novels, at the ACFM 2021!

1. Log-on the Asian Contents & Film Market's official website (www.acfm.kr/eng)
2. Click [Meeting Reservation] - Click [APM], [E-IP Market] or [BFC Projects]
3. Select a project you want to meet, then click [Book Your meeting] and add your schedule according to your availability
4. Confirm your meeting schedule on [My Page] - [Meeting Schedule]
* Detailed information of the projects are available by clicking each title
* Each meeting runs in 30 minutes; 25 minutes of actual meeting time, and a 5-minute break
* Meeting reservation is unavailable for time slots that are blocked out or already reserved

2021 Asian Project Market Announces New Award Sections
The 24th Asian Project Market (APM) has announced the 6 official Award sections for 2021.

From the Busan Award which has been sponsored by Busan Metropolitan City since the 2nd APM (1999), CJ ENM which has been sponsoring the CJ ENM Award at APM since 2009 has extended its contribution by again sponsoring this year and committing 10,000 USD in cash to an international project. The ArteKino International Prize supported by ARTE Kino awards 6,000 EUR in cash to a project chosen from the official APM line-up. The MONEFF Award which began its sponsorship in 2014 is committing 20,000 USD in post-production services and facilities as well.

For newly added Award sections, KB Kookmin Bank is presenting the KB Award and committing 10,000,000 KRW in cash to a Korean APM project, the Pop Up Film Residency, founded by Mattieu Darras, is presenting the Pop Up Film Residency Award and offers one selected filmmaker with an official APM project an opportunity to take part in an individual, tailer-made 3 week-long residency program in Europe in 2022.

After launching in 1998 as Pusan Promotion Plan (PPP), APM has grown into the biggest and most renowned pre-market in Asia. It is also the first launched co-production platform in Asia that offers emerging filmmakers the opportunity to meet international leading film professionals.

This year, APM has selected 25 official projects including 7 Korean projects, and will be held October 12 – 14 on the Asian Contents & Film Market Online Site as well as Busan for domestic participants who are able to attend physically. Registration for business meetings with the APM 2021 official projects are open to market badge holders.
