Kim Young, Producer at Miru Pictures, participated as the Korean production company and co-distributor of The Man Who Paints Water Drops (2020), and produced Everything That Connects Us (2024) after distributing Approved for Adoption (2012). She co-produced Mr. Kim Goes to the Cinema (2025) and is developing Korea-France and Korea-US co-productions. She has served on the K-Docs Operations Committee at EIDF, as an Executive Committee member of the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, and as an ACFM curator for Doc Square.

Founder and producer of BODA Media Group, a boutique production company based in Seoul, she began her career in television production in 2005. Her first feature documentary, Here Comes Uncle Joe (2013), co-directed and produced with Wooyoung Choi, marked her entry into the international documentary scene. She has since produced international co-productions, including Reach for the SKY (2015), Stammering Ballad (2018), and Sandra, The Primate Citizen (2026). She served as Head of Industry at EIDF and runs The First Cut, a documentary editing lab.

Gunny majored in both architecture and film (BA & MA at WSU, America) and later worked at both Radio Netherlands (RNTV) and ABU (Kuala Lumpur) as a documentary producer. He was one of the founding members of the EBS International Documentary Film Festival and joined the Shanghai TV Festival, Chicago International Documentary Film Festival, and Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival as a jury member or guest speaker. He was also the first EBS International Documentary Film Festival programmer and launched 'K-DOCS Industry' in 2021 to support documentary filmmakers for both Korea and global industry.

Jo Sona is a documentary producer whose work focuses on war, ideology, trauma, gender and sexuality. She began her career as a production manager on a Korea–Belgium co-production and has since produced a wide range of documentaries in collaboration with directors across Korea and Asia. Her recent credits include Free Chol Soo Lee (2024), which won the Emmy Award 2024 for Outstanding Historical Documentary, and earned her the MPA Producer Award at the Wildflower Film Awards 2024.

Joey is an Industry Programmer for the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival (DMZ Docs). He began his career in documentary filmmaking in 2011. In parallel, he has been involved in various documentary-related activities, including curating community cinema programs. He is also actively working as a documentary producer. As an emerging documentary producer from South Korea, he participated in Berlinale EFM in 2025, Rotterdam Lab 2026. He was also selected and participated in the annual program of EURODOC in 2024.

Oh Heejung founded Seesaw Pictures in 2017, a production company behind award-winning films at Sundance, Berlinale, Locarno, IDFA, IFFR, BIFF, among others. She produces both fiction and documentary across genres, forms, and cultures — where producing is a creative act. She is an alumna of EAVE, Eurodoc, Berlinale Talents, Rotterdam Lab, and has served on the selection committees of IDFA Bertha Fund, Purin Pictures Fund, and many more. She is part of EAVE'S Racial Equity Advisory Group and #DocSafe initiative.
