South Korea offers 25–30% cash rebates on eligible spends, capped at KRW 200 million (≈ USD 150,000/≈ INR 12.5 million), alongside regional incentives reaching 50%. Prithul KUMAR (Joint Secretary (Boardcasting), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India)

Prithul Kumar- He serves as Joint Secretary (Broadcasting), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. He has also worked as JS (Films) and Managing Director, NFDC. He leads key national film festivals including the IFFI, MIFF, SCO and Film Bazaar and also has played a key role in organising WAVES. Actively promoting India’s presence at global platforms such as Cannes, Venice, and Busan, he champions international co-productions and cultural diplomacy.

Abhishek GUPTA (Media Personality)

Abhishek Gupta is known as Lucky in Korea. He has lived in Korea since 1996 and has been involved in the trading, restaurant, and entertainment industries. Fondly called the most famous Indian in Korea, he has been a part of popular Korean TV shows such as Non-Summit and Korean Foreigners, which aired for over five years. His YouTube channel, "354," has over 400,000 subscribers and more than 450 videos. He is also an honorary citizen of Seoul and is actively involved in bringing Korean and Indian cultures closer together.

Jay Jaewon CHOI (CEO, Anthology Studios Inc)

Jay Jaewon Choi is one of Korea’s leading producers, with extensive experience across production, financing, and distribution, and is credited with introducing the concept of “film funds” to the Korean film industry. He has served as CEO of Barunson, Withus Film, NEW, and Warner Bros. Korea, producing and financing many of Korea’s most notable films. He also held the position of Vice Chairperson of the Korean Film Council. Today, as CEO of Anthology Studios, he leads the development and production of films and series through strong domestic and international partnerships.

HEO Youngkook (CEO, Alimoli Studio)

Heo Youngkook is the CEO of Alimoli Studio and a seasoned animator and director with a strong foundation in VR and visual arts. A graduate of Korea National University of Arts with a master's in animation, he has also served as a lecturer at the Korea National University of Arts and Hallym Polytechnic University. His award-winning works include the VR animation Dream Catcher (2020 – 2022) and the 3D animations ASTROSTATION and Tina’s Socks. With a career spanning over a decade, He has contributed to numerous acclaimed projects, including Magic School Bus 2 and the Animation Museum’s Toy Studio. Known for his creative vision and technical mastery, he continues to push the boundaries of storytelling through immersive animation and cutting-edge media.

Arfi LAAMBA (Founder, BBFP/Producer/Actor)

Arfi Laamba is the Founder and CEO of Bombay Berlin Film Productions (BBFP), an established Indo–German production company founded in 2011 with bases in Mumbai and Berlin. BBFP specializes in international co-productions and line production services in India, partnering with global producers to navigate India’s rebate system and deliver seamless end-to-end production support. Alongside producing, Arfi is an accomplished actor who began his screen journey with Airlift and went on to act in notable films such as Fugly, Singh is Bliing, and several acclaimed independents. His dual identity as a producer and performer allows him to bring a unique, holistic perspective to storytelling—balancing creativity, commerce, and cultural exchange.
