Technology innovators and creators from Asia, Europe, and the United States unite to shape modes of human-AI creative coexistence and chart the Cinematic AI’s future.

Terry LAM (Dean, HONG KONG ACADEMY FOR PERFORMING ARTS (HKAPA))

Terry Lam, Dean of the School of Film and Television at HKAPA, has over 25 years of experience in film narrative, production design, and digital media. He led immersive media research at PlayLab, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Moving to Seoul in 2014, he specialized in immersive design and supervised VFX for over 10 Hong Kong action films. He also co-wrote A Guilty Conscience(2023), Hong Kong’s highest-grossing local film. Dr. LAM's research focuses on creative practice, action cinema, and immersive technology.

Connie HE (Film Director / Creative Technologist, GOOGLE DEEPMIND)

Connie He is an animation film director. She worked on Inside Out 2(2024) and Dream Productions(2024) at Pixar from 2021-2024. Her first short film, Watermelon: A Cautionary Tale(2018), has over 200M views on YouTube. Connie’s short film Dear Upstairs Neighbors(2026), premiered at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival.

ZENG Yushen (Head of Operations, KLING AI)

Zeng Yushen is a global marketing and operations leader specializing in AI video foundation models and creative technologies. With extensive experience in international brand building, go-to-market strategy, and user growth, she has played a key role in taking CapCut and Kling AI from China to global markets. Her work focuses on advancing AI-powered storytelling and shaping new possibilities for the future of video creation.

Toby XUE (Head of Product Solutions for Alibaba Cloud Video Generation Models, ALIBABA CLOUD)

PhD in Computer Vision; Head of Product Solutions for Alibaba Cloud’s video generation models, responsible for visual AIGC foundation model solutions and commercial deployment at Alibaba.

Ferdinand DERVIEUX (Head of Innovation, ATLAS V)

Ferdinand graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Déation in 2013 before joining an interaction design research lab. Since 2015, his work in virtual reality has received multiple awards, leading him to specialize in immersive experiences, interactive artworks, and video games. In 2020, he joined Atlas V as CTO, later becoming Head of Innovation, where he oversees the creative and technical development of the group’s projects. Leading Atlas V’s exploration of emerging technologies, he now focuses heavily on AI.
