Jo Sona is a documentary producer whose work focuses on war, ideology, trauma, gender and sexuality. She began her career as a production manager on a Korea–Belgium co-production and has since produced a wide range of documentaries in collaboration with directors across Korea and Asia. Her recent credits include Free Chol Soo Lee (2024), which won the Emmy Award 2024 for Outstanding Historical Documentary, and earned her the MPA Producer Award at the Wildflower Film Awards 2024.

Alyx Ayn Arumpac is a Filipino nonfiction filmmaker and producer. Her debut feature documentary Aswang (2019), on former President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war in Manila, won 25 international awards, including the FIPRESCI Prize at IDFA, the Grand Prizes at Montreal International Documentary Festival and DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, and the Amnesty International Award at Thessaloniki. In the Philippines, it became the first documentary to win top honors at both the Gawad Urian and FAMAS Awards.

Gugi Gumilang is a documentary professional in programming, producing, and industry development. As Programme Director of In-Docs, he leads Docs by the Sea, supporting Asian filmmakers and projects internationally. He serves as an International Programmer for Hot Docs. His producing work has screened and received awards at CPH, IDFA, Busan International Film Festival, DOK Leipzig, and BFI London Film Festival. He mentors filmmakers and contributes to international juries and selection committees, including Sundance Documentary Fund, Cannes Docs, and many more.

Huang Hui-Chen is a Taiwan-based director and producer. She has directed and (co-)produced films that premiered at major international festivals, including Berlinale, BIFF, YIDFF, and Clermont-Ferrand. She previously served as a board member of the Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute (TFAI) and Secretary-General of the Taipei Documentary Filmmakers' Union. She is an alumna of Berlinale Talents and Ex-Oriente Film.

Imamura Ken-ichi is Managing Director of J-Docs Hub, CEO of Studio IMAKEN, and an independent documentary producer. He worked at NHK and NHK Enterprises for over four decades. Throughout his career, he has been involved in around 80 international co-productions, working extensively with filmmakers across Asia and helping connect their work with the world. He is also one of the founders of Tokyo Docs and has served as a mentor for the Japan Prize’s Project Division for ten years.
